Times when Du‘as are accepted

When the presence of the heart combines with the du‘ā (supplication) and it (heart) associates all of itself with the thing that is being sought. Du‘a (Supplication)

Allah says “When my servants ask you concerning me, (tell them) I am indeed close (to them). I listen to the prayer of every suppliant when he calls on me”.
